Science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"大学入学後の学習モチベーションやコミュニケーション能力の向上を目的として，パラメディカル分野に特化したフレッシュマンキャンプを行った．キャンプの成果は3時期（研修前，研修後，６か月後）のアンケート調査を行い，回帰分析，主成分分析等の手法を用いて，医療系学生の学生生活に必要な４つの目標①専門科目度②医療科目度③大学適応度④社会適応度を抽出し解析した．その結果，社会適応度を除く項目について，社会適応度以外の項目間に相互に高い相関が生じていた．最も研修によってモチベーションおよび理解力が向上した指標は専門科目度であり，主成分分析の結果，専門科目度内での最重要項目は資格取得と将来の目標であった．医療グループワーキング研修を施行した結果，臨床的疾患によっては６か月間のモチベーションが大幅に向上する疾患と逆に低下する疾患がみられた．これらの結果，医療ワーキンググループを主体に据えたフレッシュマンキャンプは，専門科目の学習能力やコミュニケーション能力の向上に資するものがあった．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.18881/00000555","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2433944X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"渡邊,
