A search was made on the Ichushi Web database with the keywords “home visit nursing,” “mental,” and “region.” Fifteen papers were used. Based on previous research, “lifestyle difficulties” were divided into four categories: “a gap in perception between the nurse and person with the mental disorder when receiving care,”“ inadequate systems at the workplace and in regional society for accepting people with mental disorders,” “community residents’ prejudice against people with mental disorders, lack of knowledge, and apathy,” and “excessive intrusiveness by others towards people with mental disorders.” The results of the literature review indicate that it is important when interacting with people with mental disorders to respect their intentions regarding how they want to live their lives, and to interact with them so that they can make their own decisions.}, pages = {95--100}, title = {日本における地域で暮らす精神障害をもつ人の「生活のしづらさ」に関する文献検討}, volume = {11}, year = {2015}, yomi = {モリザネ, シノ and ナカモリ, アヤノ and コグレ, ショウヘイ} }
